FOO FIGHTERS - HYDE PARK (2006)

Em 2005 o Foo Fighters lançou seu melhor álbum: In Your Honor. O primeiro disco trás o melhor deles, rock acelerado e enérgico, embalados pelo ótimo baterista Taylor Hawkins. O segundo disco é acústico, mostrando bem a versatilidade da banda. Este bootleg de 2006, gravado no Hyde Park (local daquele concerto histórico dos Stones em 1969), faz parte da turnê de divulgação deste disco. A gravação está excelente.

SHERYL CROW - COOL BIER NIGHT (2002)

Gosto muito da Sheryl Crow. Os shows dela geralmente são muito bons, tirando uma música ou ontra que são chatinhas. Em geral, ela toca um rock de primeira, como em My Favorite Mistake, If It Makes You Happy e Everyday Is A Winding Road. Este concerto na Alemanha em 2002 é muito bom e retrata a melhor fase dela (na minha opinião). Este CD sempre toca no meu carro, pra quem gosta dela eu recomendo!

Após 4 coletâneas ao vivo dos Rolling Stones, resolvi fazer uma para o U2. Ok, nem todos lá da comunidade Rock'N'Rolling Stones curtem os caras, mas eu gosto bastante da banda. E acredito que eles merecem esta coletânea ao vivo, já que o U2 tem apenas um disco ao vivo oficial em sua discografia - Under a Blood Red Sky, de 1983. DVDs são muitos, mas discos apenas este.
Esta coletânea se destaca pela qualidade de áudio das músicas. A capa e contracapa também ficaram bem legais.

ROLLING STONES - ROCK THE PALAIS (2002)

Conforme prometi ao Fábio Leonardo, aí está mais um concerto em um peque no clube de Toronto, Canadá, para cerca de 1.000 pessoas. O show serviu de ensaio para a tour Licks, e a banda apresentou diversas canções nunca tocadas ao vivo até então, como Can't You Hear Me Knocking, I Can't Turn You Loose e Don't Stop, além de outras poucas vezes executadas, como Torn & Frayed e Heart Of Stone. A qualidade de som está perfeita. Muito bom!

ROLLING STONES - SWAYED IN COLUMBUS (2005)

A primeira vez que os Stones tocaram SWAY em um show ao vivo foi neste show em Columbus, Ohio. E isto foi em 2005, ou seja, 34 anos depois do lançamento do Sticky Fingers. Uma música tão boa não poderia nunca ter ficado tantos anos esquecida. Justiça seja feita, a versão 2005 ficou muito boa, Ronnie deu a conta do recado e reproduziu - à sua moda - um dos mais belos solos de Mick Taylor. Este show foi gravado da platéia, mas a qualidade é boa. Vale a pena ouvir a versão de Mr. Pitiful de Otis Redding, Keith cantando Infamy e Jagger na slide guitar em Back Of My Hand.

GENESIS - ZURICH REVISITED (1977)

Este é com absoluta certeza o disco que eu mais escuto atualmente - mas não totalmente por escolha própria.
Desde quando gravei para o meu pai, há cerca de 2 meses, este bootleg dos Genesis não sai do carro dele. E ele escuta todos os dias, com o volume quase no máximo!
O disco é realmente muito bom, gravado na Suíça, em turnê de divulgação do disco Wind And Wuthering. Gosto do Phil Collins nos vocais - é engraçado ouvir ele tentar conversar com o público em alemão. Músicos: Tony Banks - Keyboards; Phil Collins - Vocals, Drums; Steve Hackett - Guitar; Mike Rutherford - Bass; Chester Thompson - Drums.
